How long is the promotion running?
The promotion kicks off on 01/03/2021 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 11/04/2021. No entries will be accepted after this time. 

Where is the promotion running?
Any retailer in Australia that stocks the specially marked Ice Break products (e.g. Coles,
Woolworths, independent grocers, petrol stations and convenience stores). 

What Ice Break products are part of the promotion?
Only specially marked Ice Break that contain a promotional label.
This includes:

  • Regular Strength 500mL    
  • Regular Strength 750mL
  • Regular Strength 30% Less Sugar 500mL
  • Triple Shot 500mL
  • Triple Shot 750mL
  • Bold Espresso 500mL
  • Bold Espresso 750mL
 

1.25L & 2L Ice Break products or non-specially marked labels are not part of the promotion.

How can I enter the promotion?

  1. Purchase a specially marked Ice Break during the promotion period
  2. Visit the www.icebreak.com.au entry page or scan the QR code on the back of bottles; enter your personal details – first name, last name, email and mobile no, then the Unique Code found on the back of bottle
  3. You’ll find out instantly on-screen if you’re a winner or not

Note: Keep a copy of your receipt and a photo of your opened Ice Break bottle (lid off), clearly showing the Unique Code for each entry and ensuring the photo is clearly taken outside of a retail environment.

What can I win?
Prizes will be an e-voucher (Super eGift Card) valued at either $5, $10, $20, $50, $100, $250 or $500. E-Vouchers can be used at participating rebel, Supercheap Auto or BCF stores in Australia – it’s the Winner’s choice!

How do I know if I’ve won?
Once you have successfully entered the required details, you will be instantly notified on screen whether you’re a Winner and the value of the e-voucher that you’ve won.

Winners will receive a confirmation email with e-voucher conditions of use.

ACT and SA winners of a prize valued at $250 or more, will have their names (Initial, Surname & Postcode) published online weekly, on the entry site.

How can I use the voucher? When do I need to use the voucher by?
The Super Gift Card (e-voucher) can be used at participating rebel, Supercheap Auto and BCF stores in Australia and also online at www.bcf.com.au, www.rebelsport.com.au and www.supercheapauto.com.au

There is a limit of 1 voucher per transaction and a limit of 1 voucher redeemable per person, per day.

Vouchers must be redeemed within ninety (90) days from 11/04/2021. As of 11 July 2021, any unused vouchers become expired and can no longer be used.

Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. There is no minimum spend to use the vouchers. If transaction is under the voucher value, any remaining value will be lost.

How long until my e-voucher arrives? My winning confirmation email has not arrived?

If you are a Winner and have provided all requested details, your e-voucher should be emailed to you straight away. 

Make sure you check your junk mail for the confirmation email that will come from info@icebreakpromo.com.au.

Who can enter?
Entry is open to all Ice Break lovers who are Australian residents. If you’re under 18 years old, you must have your parents/guardians approval to enter.


Where is the Unique Code located?
What does the Unique Code look like?
Check the back label of specially marked
Ice Break products.
An 8 character Unique Code will be printed on
the label next to ‘Unique Code’ text.

Only specially marked Ice Break products will contain a Unique Code on the back label.
Remember: we’ll need a photo of your opened Ice Break bottle (lid off), clearly showing your Unique Code for each entry and ensuring the photo is clearly taken outside of a retail environment.

Can I enter if my Ice Break doesn’t have a code?
Can I enter if I bought an Ice Break without the promotional label?
No sorry, only participating specially marked Ice Break packs which contain an 8 character Unique Code can enter. Packs that do not contain a Unique Code will not be valid for entry.

No 1.5L & 2L Ice Break products will be valid for entry into this promotion.

I can’t read my 8 character Unique Code?
Don’t sweat it, please contact us and we’ll assist you with your enquiry. Take a picture of your label clearly showing the 8 character Unique Code in order to validate your request.

The entry website won’t accept my Unique Code?
Make sure you are reading and entering the correct 8 character unique code properly. If you are still having trouble entering, please contact us and we’ll try to assist you with your enquiry.

What proof of purchase do I need?
Keep a copy of your receipt and a photo of your opened Ice Break bottle (lid off), clearly showing the Unique Code which was used for entry and ensuring the photo is clearly taken outside of a retail environment, for all entries as proof of purchase.

Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested, may result in invalidation of all of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize.

Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the store details and date of purchase.

How many times can I enter? How many times can I win?
You can enter multiple entries as long as it’s only 1 entry per valid purchase / per unique code. Each entry must be submitted separately.

There is a maximum of 3 entries permitted per person per day.

Each entrant can only win a maximum of 5 prizes in total (excluding SA residents).
